Description

The mom jean with Patina sauce: an authentic canvas without stretch, high and highlighted waist, comfortable on the thighs and buttocks, slightly carrot legs (without pesticides). It's our dream jean that combines comfort and glam, paying homage to the stunning butt slopes of the 90s. Timeless, easy, and also mega responsible: it is cut from a superb Italian denim fabric in regenerative cotton and post-consumer recycled cotton then made in Porto, Portugal, without nasty chemicals and with less waste of water. Addictive, it is either on you or in the machine, rarely in your drawers and there are already several thousand of you who have adopted it: a drop in the ocean but means the world to us, thank you!

76% Regenerative cotton + 24% Post-consumer recycled cotton, no stretch

Super conscious

• Composition: 76% regenerative cotton and 24% recycled cotton
• Regenerative cotton comes from Brazil and recycled cotton from the Netherlands
• This recycled cotton is post-consumer, made from old jeans
• The metal parts (buttons, zips and rivets) are made in Türkiye
• The canvas is woven in Italy, at our historic partner Candiani
• Washing (with ozone, almost without water) and manufacturing are done in Portugal
• Brenda denims are then delivered by truck to Angers to our logistician

Brenda jeans are stretch-free, so don't rely on your size for jeans from other brands that have stretch. Jeans without stretch often fit smaller.

Brenda & you: a denim love story

Denim essentials rhyme with sublime and you seem to agree. Brenda, this is our best-selling denim fabric since 2019, validated by you. So after the jeans launched in 2019, reissued 12 times, then the shorts and the mini-skirt in 2021, in 2023 we launched the first long skirt and a sublime denim jacket. So what's next?

Attention to detail


The details of Brenda's pieces have (almost) everything from authentic vintage denim but in an ethical version: the jacrons (patches at the back) are vegan, made from paper pulp and not leather, the pocket bases are reinforced to avoid tearing, the canvas is robust.

And this is how we obtain the superb pieces of Brenda denim, our now best-selling material.

Today the Brenda canvas is available on jeans, shorts and mini-skirts. Looking forward to the sequel :)

Why is this denim more conscious than others?


Brenda is our ultra conscious Italian canvas denim: 76% regenerative cotton + 24% post-consumer recycled cotton. A denim made in Portugal and washed with ozone almost without water. According to an analysis of the life cycle of our parts: we save the equivalent of 50 bathtubs of water and pollute the air 2x less than a traditional equivalent on the market. Hooray!

We have worked a lot on a new canvas that is still as beautiful and even more responsible. Regenerative cotton is an innovation of which we are very proud: result? An article in Le Monde Magazine to read right here


How to maintain it?


Easy care: wash at 30° inside out, 800 revolutions maximum.


Read the care guide (we give you advice on how to treat stains locally without having to put your jeans in the washing machine, because jeans don't need to be washed often. It's cowboy spirit, and it is also synonymous with saving energy and water #bravovous).

Mon super jean écru

J’ai acheté ce Brenda curvy écru après une longue recherche d’un modèle de ce genre, certes un poil oversize même en taille 24 pour moi, je dirais qu’il taille grand mais la coupe est super bien réalisée et me permet d’avoir une bonne dégaine malgré tout. La toile est épaisse et de qualité, mention spéciale aux boutons utilisés au niveau de la braguette qui sont hyper bien conçus :) super produit Patine, merci !

Très beau mais inconfort sur les cuisses

J'avais acheté ce jean en version bleue, c'était devenu mon jean préféré : confortable, bien ajusté. Alors j'ai voulu acheté sa version beige (et j'achèterai sa version noire), mais même si la taille est la même, celui me serre beaucoup plus au niveau des cuisses. J'espère que la toile va se détendre dans le temps.

La version écru est effectivement très légèrement différente de la version bleue.
Néanmoins, on conseille de se sentir bien maintenu dès le premier essayage. La toile 100% coton, se détend et s’assouplie au fil du temps. Vous ne devez pas avoir le ventre coupé lorsque vous êtes assise par contre.
Il est très probable que vous ayez la bonne taille, et que la toile s'assouplisse avec le temps, surtout si vous vous sentez bien à la taille !

J'adore la coupe, la couleur, la qualité du tissu...
J'ai acheté 4 jeans Patine différents, c'est le plus agréable à porter. La matière est plus agréable et permet plus de mouvements. En revanche, c'est assez froissable et ça se détend pas mal après être porté. Je l'ai porté 3/4 fois et le tissu est déjà abimé aux endroits de frottements (entre-cuisses)

La toile Brenda est 100% coton et se détend un peu au fur et à mesure des portés, elle devrait se resserrer après lavage ! En revanche, si vous constatez une usure précoce, ce n'est pas normal.
